Our service pricing is determined by several key factors, including square footage, occupancy, bathroom count, pets, children & the space’s current state.

While our services are customized to your budget, we do have a minimum of $100.00 (This is about an hour of cleaning)

To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you please pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive, If your pets will be home, we ask that they're placed in a space they feel comfortable while we clean. Following through with these requests will help both your family & our team ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place.

To ensure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we don’t typically:
Clean after pet accidents
Clean your iron or your personal vacuums
We dont do any wash loads but we do light folding of laundry. May you need additional laundry to be folded, we can include in your service at an additional cost.

To reschedule or cancel, please provide written notice 48 hours prior to the agreed service time. A 50% cancellation fee applies with less than 48 hours' notice & 100% if canceled on the same day. If you or a family member is sick, notify us promptly for a new service time.
For frequent cancellations, pushing a bi-weekly service to monthly, we will no longer honor your biweekly fee but that of monthly service fee. If there are four cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, we may consider service termination.

No, you don't need to be home every time we come over but we do ask you leave us with specific instructions of how to enter the home if we don't already have a spare key for your home.

While we cannot guarranty our exact time of arrival because we give every home the attention it deserves and requires, we do offer arrival windows for your convenience.

When you schedule a service with Los Andes, we’ll give you an arrival timeframe of anywhere between one to three hours. Because we give homes the individualized attention they deserve, we’re not able to provide an exact time of arrival, but we do our best to ensure that our cleaning plan doesn’t interfere with your schedule.

At Los Andes Cleaning, we treat every single home we clean with the utmost respect. If something happens to break during our routine service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item.

No. We arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. We’re proud to use the best products and vacuums on the market to ensure that we leave your home looking spotless.
If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests.

Absolutely, we tailor our services to your unique needs whether that's cleaning or organization.

While we are not 100% toxic-free, we do use plant- based products and alternatives for products like: bleach.

Yes, even though we understand that things come up. We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment minimum of 24hrs in advance. We also ask for $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot.

Absolutely, we include a basket (approx. 30 pieces) in any of your residential cleaning services. Anything more, is done at an additional cost.

Yes, with every service we include cleaning of microwaves but we charge an additional for any oven & fridge cleaning.
